Welcome to New Age Holidays. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
1. Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount as mentioned at the time of booking.
Final travel documents (like vouchers, tickets) will be shared only after receiving full payment.
2. Payments
We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip, unless stated otherwise.
Any delay in payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stated time frame and via the original payment method.
Non-refundable services (flights, visa, insurance, etc.) will be communicated clearly during the booking process.
4. Pricing and Inclusions
Package prices are based on current rates, availability, and currency conversion at the time of booking.
Inclusions (meals, sightseeing, transfers) will be mentioned in the itinerary. Anything not listed is considered excluded.
5. Travel Documents & Visa
Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.
We can assist you with visa service via third party but approval is at the discretion of the issuing authority.
No refunds will be given if visa is denied or delayed.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included by default but is highly recommended.
We are not responsible for loss or damages (personal, financial, or travel-related) in the absence of proper insurance.
7. Responsibilities & Liabilities
New Age Holidays acts as a booking agent and does not own or operate hotels, airlines, or transport providers.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
Force Majeure events (natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, pandemics) are beyond our control and may lead to changes or cancellations in the itinerary.
8. Group Tours & Behavior
Travelers are expected to maintain decorum and follow the rules during group tours.
Any unacceptable behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Privacy Policy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Website Usage
All content on our website is owned by New Age Holidays and protected by copyright laws.
Users must not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the website without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any feature or content without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab.
