At New Age Holidays, we strive to offer maximum flexibility and transparency when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (via email or WhatsApp). The cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:

| 15 – 29 days before departure | 25% of the package cost |
| 7 – 14 days before departure | 50% of the package cost |
| Less than 7 days before departure | 100% (No refund) |
Note: These are general guidelines. Cancellation charges may vary based on specific airline, hotel, or tour operator policies.
2. Cancellation by New Age Holidays
In rare cases, if we have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, low bookings), we will offer:
A full refund of the amount paid, or
An option to reschedule or apply the amount as a credit for a future trip
We will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by you (e.g., visa, insurance, or other personal bookings).
3. Non-Refundable Components
Certain bookings may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Flight tickets booked under special fare or promo deals
Hotel reservations with non-refundable clauses
Visa processing fees
Travel insurance premiums
Convenience/booking charges
These amounts will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, please allow:
7–14 working days for domestic package refunds
14–21 working days for international package refunds
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
5. How to Cancel

Include your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation.
6. Important Notes
Refunds will be made after deducting cancellation charges and any third-party fees.
No refunds will be made for unused services (e.g., missed flights, hotel nights).
In case of last-minute cancellations due to personal reasons, no refund will be applicable unless specified.
